ThemissionofChildrenandYouthServices(CYS)istoprovidefortheimmediatesafetyandprotectionofchildren,tokeepchildrenwiththeirownfamilieswheneverpossible,toprovidetemporary,substitutecareforchildrenwhennecessaryandtoreunitechildrenwiththeirfamiliesasquicklyaspossibleafterplacement.

InallcasesCYSprovidescasemanagement,counseling,andrelatedsupportiveservicestoabusedand/orneglectedchildrenfrombirthuptoage18,andtheirfamilies.Weworkdirectlywithchildrenandfamiliesintimesofcrisiswhilekeepingwiththeagency'smission/goals.Theagencyoffersservicestostabilizeandoffersrehabilitativeservicestoreunitethefamily.
